Supporting the working woman

Why women and why Life Performance?

Because everyone deserves a village, but not everyone gets a good one.

As women, we wear many hats: boss, task master, mom, support system, cook, transportation, manager, sibling, daughter, caretaker, therapist, and many others; let’s be honest, the list is endless.

We constantly balance these different aspects of our lives, and everything seems to move along as we drive through life.

Then, all of a sudden, we notice these little cracks beginning to appear on our windshield of vision. The cracks could be a frustrating morning getting your kids out the door or your team at work not moving in the direction you originally planned. Or how about the never-ending battle to find time to care for yourself and your body or get a good night's sleep?

The first cracks were annoying but only did slight damage. But then, more and more cracks began to appear, and suddenly, the vision of our life is no longer there, and you are not sure you are even driving on the life path you intended at the beginning of this journey. These tiny cracks blinded us, and we didn’t realize until it was too late and are being forced to slow down either by sickness, a shift in career, or even our own mental health.

Even though we are grateful for the opportunities we have and excited about all the potential things we could do, we can get run down, disconnected, frustrated, and emotionally and physically tapped out by the end of the day.

So this is why Mrs. Mind-Full was created:

We work with, educate, and research working women in their 20s-40s who want to get their vision cleared again to keep driving on their chosen path.

We are here to support you when you are ready.
